- We try to ship the product within 24 -48hrs of order receipt. We use USPS for all orders unless otherwise requested by the customer. If special expedited shipping service is required please contact us at Service@flairkraft.com.

- Returns & Replacements
- We at FlairKraft truley believe in Customer Satisfaction. We provide a lifetime return policy. If for any reason you do not like the product please send us an email at Service@flairkraft.com we can give you the shipping details and after receipt of product we will happily return your money. There is no time limit or maximum number days to return a product. As long as the product is in perfect resalable condition we will refund your money. Beacuse of creditcard transaction chares, after 30 days we will have to deduct the transaction charges whih is only 3.99% or your product cost.

- Currenlty because of the size of our business, to keep the cost low we only use Google checkout as a payment service. If you would like to make pamets by mony order or any other payment method please contact us at Service@flairkraft.com after placing your order. Incase we cannot fulfill your need we will cancel your order. But firt and formost we will try to make you happy by try the best we can do to fullfil your need. In near future will also try to have Paypal and other Credit Card payment option.

- Updating Account Information
- You can asses your account information by logging in and selecting "My Account". Please use the "My Account" navigation tool bar to change your account information. From here you can change your emailaddress, password, addresses, and other profile information.
